Included Education Learning, Teaching, Training Activities

C1 Joint staff training developed methods, tools and learning material (Germany)

The LTT allows 3 adult educators from each organization to participate in the jointly developed methodology package and best practice methods. Those who take part in the seminar will in turn train teachers in seminars in their region and, thus, act as multipliers. After LTT all participants will have new methods, tools and ideas and will conduct a pilot project at own institution within this topic. Internationaler Bund will summarize and write best practice to handbook and all partners will contribute to improve methodology package if needed.

The training will have a variety of topics, where all partners contribute. The training will have a focus on factors teachers and trainers are able to work with in in the classroom or other learning situations. In total it will be “Included Education”, meaning teachers and trainers learning to include more than you normally expect is part of a lesson. We will introduce topics, test developed curriculum and methodology using learning by doing principle.
